Yahoo’s first cellphone coming to Cingular >

Engadget - www.engadget.com: "A big day for partnership announcements from Yahoo: They’re not going all the way and launching their own MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) service or anything like that, but Yahoo announced earlier today that they’re going to be busting out their first cellphone, a Yahoo-branded Nokia with a 1.3 megapixel digital camera, a memory card slot, and built-in MP3 playback (they didn’t reveal a specific model). The phone will be sold in partnership with SBC Communications, the parent company of Cingular (which means it’ll only work on Cingular’s network), and will offer tight integration with a subscriber’s existing Yahoo account (which would be the only point of buying a phone like this). Can a Googlephone be far behind?"
